Fun Fall Cocktails

October 28, 2014

Those of you who know me know that I LOVE fun cocktails! The seasonal ingredients of fall lend themselves to some great drink recipes. Below are some that I’ve come upon that I can’t wait to try out (yes I should try them before I post, but fall is wrapping up before we know it, and I’m hoping you all can help me work through the list :) ). All of these are borrowed from other blogs, so just click on the drink name to be linked to the recipe!

All you seasonal Starbucks lovers out there, this one is screaming your name (and mine)! I also saw a version of this recipe that used kahlua instead of the vodka. YUM! Side note – I am totally digging the cocktails on this website!

I have tried Rumchata and hot chocolate (YUM – really what isn’t good with Rumchata?), but this looks beyond delightful! I need to go out and find this Smirnoff ASAP! I’ll be honest that unless I’m making several of these for a gathering, I probably won’t go down the home made whipped cream route. I also recommend Rumchata and coffee, Baileys and coffee, and caramel Baileys with either hot chocolate or coffee. I love drinks that warm you up in the fall!

I actually heard a friend of mine talking about this drink, and I knew I would be trying it! This is what started me on my quest to find awesome fall drinks, which then led to the idea for this blog post! I think I’ll try the option with the caramel rim.

I’ll be honest, I think I might prefer this one without the apple liquer. I’m open to trying it both ways. This blog post also mentions one of my fall favorites – Captain Morgan’s and cider heated briefly in the microwave (if you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!)!

I can’t wait to hear what fall cocktails you enjoy! Let me know if you have tried any of the above drinks or what your go-to fall beverage is!
