Top Ten Tuesday: 10 2015 Releases I’m Still Waiting For
June 9, 2015
Top Ten Tuesday is a feature hosted by The Broke and The Bookish in which they select a topic every week, and the rest of us get to make Top Ten lists based on that topic. This week’s topic: Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases For the Rest of 2015. As usual, my interests are all over the place, and you will find a wide variety of books below!
Give Me Your Answer True by Suanne Laqueur – There are few writers who write as beautifully as Laqueur and this book looks to be a great complement to The Man I Love. This gem is being release very soon!
White Collar Girl by Renee Rosen – No one can transport you back in time with more vivid writing that Rosen. I am so excited for this book coming out in September!
N.E.E.D. by Joelle Charbonneau – Charbonneau has really developed as an author, and I am looking forward to checking out her newest release in November.
New to Me Authors (Yes….I can’t believe it either)
Love May Fail by Matthew Quick – This book by the author of The Silver Linings Playbook is getting solid reviews, and who doesn’t want to read about a woman with a pornographer husband having a breakdown :). This book will be released next Tuesday.
The Devil You Know by Trish Doller – I haven’t read anything by Doller yet, but I hear great things. If all goes according to plan, I hope to get a signed copy of this gem Thursday night at an author event!
Third Wife by Lisa Jewell – Chick lit with a hint of mystery….I’m in! Look for this one in early July.
Others I Can’t Wait For:
Go Set a Watchman by Harper Lee – I would guess that this one will be on most lists I look at today. Everyone is chatting about this book by the infamous author of To Kill a Mockingbird that is set to be released next month.
A Madness So Discreet by Mindy McGinnis – This historical fiction novel about a woman in an insane asylum looks so intriguing to me! I can’t wait until October to check it out!
Tiny Little Thing by Beatriz Williams – Another historical fiction novel that features some dicey family dynamics during a run for political office that will be released in two short weeks.
What releases are you looking forward to?
